Equity Release

In retirement how often have you heard the phrase 'Asset Rich - Income Poor'? This is quite often the case as people live in a property that has grown in value considerably but where their pension income is possibly not keeping pace with general living expenditure.

With Equity Release you raise a loan which is determined by your age and the value of your property. After repaying any outstanding mortgage, the balance is available to you to spend or invest as you think fit.
